COPD effectsChronic bronchitis or emphysema -also known as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)—is a lung disease that gets worse over time. COPD is most often caused by cigarette smoking.

Although there’s currently no cure for COPD, research is being conducted to find potential treatments to help prevent and control symptoms.  A worldwide research study is now underway to test an investigational, triple therapy for COPD.

Who is eligible to participate in this study?

 You may be eligible if you:

  • Are 40 years of age or older
  • Have a history or diagnosis of COPD
  • Are a current smoker or were a smoker in the past
  • Are on maintenance COPD medication for at least 3 months
